If you work on single screen, definitely.

I was using a generic term.
Undo in a program usually applies to last action only. History records all events since last save, IIRC. Bad thing is if the mistake was 12 movements earlier, all after get axed as well.

Does Cubase save the history when you close the project?hivkorn wrote:mixer history ...not undo , but you can recall from the historybustedfist wrote:Can anyone say "Mixer Undo"?

I'm on Win7.
Thanks, Bill.
YES
Loving all the improvements in version 9.
Solid performance, and very stable so far. I'm on Windows 8.1 Pro

Frequency, the new EQ included with Cubase 9 kicks total donkey... Good GUI and all the features you need for a successful mix... I don't regret selling Fab Filter Pro Q 2.
The improvements in screen real estate are even felt if you have multiple displays... you can tuck the transport window into the arranger for instance, or bring up additional detail in the arranger without having to open a new window.
Finally, the sampler tracks are quite nice if you do any kind of sample based production and need to quickly map samples in different ways within Cubase. I mean, its not trying to be Kontakt or anything like that, but it enables very fast workflow tackling some common problems with samplers.
It also feels incredibly stable for a .0 release... was totally worth the $100 to update
