You are officially allowd to use the product at 3 computers at the same time.

Anyway there is no C/R protection and no internet connection needed so it is not really possible to control this.

Of course usually also no other developer that provides a simple serial protection will allow installations on an unlimited amount of computers in their EULA.
Great! :tu:

But I just noticed that the VST3 version is still v1.6 :o (I didn't delete the VST3! I forgot). So, I guess that the VST3 is still functioning with the usb e-licenser.
I think it is better to delete the VST3 and install the new version again.
The VST3 should be updated too. Be sure you de-installed the old version and maybe also delete remaining files manually before installing the new version.

Anyway for the VST3 it might be necessary to re-enter the serial once.

During the activation procedure it might be also necesary to start the host with administrator rights.
Later it should also work without this.
Thanks Ingo. It seems working now normally :)

Yes, I needed to uninstall it first by going to the C:\Program files\common files\VST3 (for the 64bit). I then reinstall the new one. No need to reactivate ;)
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Those who do not find the Windows deinstallers for e.g. Largo and PPG Wave 3.V should lookk at the Start menu in the "Waldorf" Apps entry.
Both Largo and PPG Wave 3.V have seperate deinstallers for each plugin format (e.g. 64-bit VST2 and 64-bit VST3).

Some of the default installation parts have changed, especially for the plugins.

Default paths for e.g. Largo v1.7.0 in Windows 10 64-bit are:
- 64-bit VST2: C:\Program Files\Vstplugins
- 64-bit VST3 : C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
- 64-bit AAX : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
- VST2 factory presets library ("Local library"): C:\Program Files\Vstplugins\Waldorf\Largo Sounds (sub-folder in plugin path)
- VST3 factory presets library ("Local library"): C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Largo Sounds (sub-folder in plugin path)
- user presets library ("User library"): C:\users\*Your Name*\AppData\Roaming\Waldorf\Largo
- NKS presets: C:\Program Files(x86)\Waldorf\Largo\nksContent_dir\presets

The VST3 and AAX plugins are no longer installed in a "Waldorf" sub-folder.

The Paths of the "Local library" and the "User libary" coud be also found with the browser in the Largo plugin.
If you right-click the "Local Library" "User Library" at the left of the browser you get a fearture called "Reveal in Explorer".
The "User Library" also contains additional banks/presets besides the default bank loaded when you insert the plugin.

Comparable paths are found for PPG Wave 3.V v1.2.0 in Windows.

Same here. Even though ppg, nave, largo, and lector crash the f*** out of my system I love how they sound.

How can I register my Waldorf Edition that it appears under "my software" so that I can download the latest updates ?

You need a replacement "coupon code" that you could use with "Redeem coupon code" in the MyWaldorf account. Waldorf Edition 2 will then appear at "My Software".

For a replacement coupon code you have to contact the official support. You should also need a kind of proof for the purchase.

Even if a "coupon code" already looks close to a serial it is not the final serial needed to unlock the plugin.

Waldorf Edition 2 was not included with the last updates which introduced the new serial protection for the former eLicenser protected plugins. Current version of Waldorf Edition is v2.2.0.

Anyway further updates for all plugns are planned. Development and updates for the Nave plugin are mostly done by TempoRubato (who also posted himself here at KVR).

I have the new edition since the release day.
I got it via mail from the Walforf support. But I had no account there till I created one today.
I want to get that serial I got 2015 to be shown in my account. That I can download updates.

Or is the Version from march 2015 still the newest version ?

There is an automatic conversion for eLicenser codes in the MyWaldorf account already but not for Waldorf Edition 2 serials yet. The eLicenser conversion could also not read a license directly from an USB eLicenser yet but you need the original eLicenser activation code.

As just mentioend above you need a replacement coupon code for which you have to contact the support. This then has to be registered to the account as mentioed above to receive the product registered to the account and also a download link.
Latest Waldorf Edition version is v2.2.0 from 2016 and includes the NKS support for the NI Komplete Kontrol and Maschine 2 software/hardware. The latest version also includes a 64 patches bank for PPG 2.V by myself (both fxb bank and NKS presets).

A new MyWaldorf account could be created here:
http://www.waldorf-music.info/en/blofel ... /user/form
Login is then found here:
http://www.waldorf-music.info/en/user-login

Official support e-mail:
http://www.waldorf-music.info/en/support-contact

FWIW the shop moved to a new location too (was on a seperate website before):

Just received a newsletter. Until April 8th Waldorf offers a 30% discount on their plugins the official Waldorf shop. The discount code is: music2017

The link for the new shop (now part of the offical website, no longer at a decicated different website) is found here:
http://www.waldorf-music.info/en/shop-o ... &acm=31_89

AFAIK customers receive a "couon code" that has to be registered to a MyWaldorf account using "Redeem coupon code" in the account. That way you should receive a a confirmation e-mail with the serial and the product is also added in "My Sotware" in the account together with the serial number and a download link.

JRR Shop has a sale for Waldorf products too now:
https://www.jrrshop.com/computer-softwa ... e=1&type=2
Like with many sales at JRRshop to the already reduced prices another discount seems to be added at the checkout procedure.
