No, sorry this is just a coincidence that the transpose slider moves by 11-12 semitones on Windows.
On OS X it does not work like that, where the mouse wheel has acceleration.
The way it works: the operating system provides the amount of movement. The slider uses that value, so this has nothing to do with semitones, this is all by chance.
BUT: this could be a good improvement, so I noted this as a feature request.

Anyone on a Mac OS 10.10.5 and latest RC beta?
I'm not able to close RC window or quit the app from the menu. It's like the close/quit commands have zero response. I can just keep working in RC, unless, I force quit.

I reported this to Attila, whom I think is a great developer and responds very quickly.

RapidComposer Beta v3.3b4 is available!

I can't really use RC this time because it s hanging a lot when I edit notes, phrases or Chords.I use 1 macbook with 10.9 and one imac with 10.10 and they both have the same issue.I don t really know what s going on.

really? That is very worrying.
I changed a few things about locking data structures. I'll review the changes.
Can you save a hang log if OS X offers that? That would be a big help. So far I could not make it hang, but I will try hard.

Hi gspro,

you sent me a log file about the hang when Kontakt was loading. It was very useful but that was a different issue than the quit problem.

On my win 10 64 RC show now no drum maps view, when select Percussion in track. it show piano view only. do you mean that with issue ?

It work with the Octave transpose slider but the volume and pan slider is not add.

Midi import work now with my many files that work not before thanks.

3.3b4, still won't close the window or quit

Force Quit, is the only way out. Now, I'm going in my little corner and I'm gonna go cry

for awhile.
