We've always been huge fans of magicology. It's no coincidence that our company name is derived from the Orange Tree illusion, a famous 19th century invention that used elaborate mechanisms to recreate a live orange tree growing before your eyes.

As you can imagine, we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with legendary street magician, David Blaine. His knowledge of mentalism was invaluable in developing our forthcoming technology, the Houdini Effect. This groundbreaking approach powers sample playback in ways you've never experienced before, incorporating a variety of mind reading methods. We've combined classic prediction techniques with obscure reading practices from the far reaches of the globe to produce a powerful system. Because the Houdini Effect is so intelligent, little to no interaction is required on your part while using the technology. Watch in awe as the Houdini Effect reads your intentions and perfectly conducts articulations with masterful ease.

We're proud to announce that all future Orange Tree Samples libraries will include the Houdini Effect as well as updates for our existing product line. However, it is only compatible with Kontakt 6, so you'll need to update through the Native Instruments Service Center in order to take advantage of this exciting revolutionary technology.

I tried the update using Native Access and my computer crashed.
Is Houdini a Saint and can he be contacted via prayer?

Ha, you didn't get me with this one. Last year, however, I fell for it...

Ah, Greg... always good for some April 1st shenanigans... disappointed no quality faux-toshop mockup this year. :? Must be busy working on something really good! :tu:

P.s. last year was definitely awesome, have to agree...
