sadly i never backed up my settings i had in FL 8-12 :/ now im a bit screwed and want to have high quality settings again, like mp3 192kbps, WAV export always 24bit, a smooth plugin movement when dragged around, low buffer so i dont see the meters slow moving but like a 60 fps shooter ;) etc.
can you please check what you would maybe adjust/change in my settings?

my pc is:

Win 10 Pro 64 Bit
i7-7700k
32 GB RAM
1070 GTX GS GPU

First, change the bit rate on your soundcard's control panel to whatever gives you as close to 10ms latency without going under for live recording. Should be 256 or 512 to get close. After that, it depends on the ASIO load as to high it needs to go for editing/mixing.

Set projects to use this rate. Projects opened set to a different rate could change the soundcard setting, depending.

Set up the desired export results in the export dialog.
