Sync Problems in Cubase

When I use Cream in a loop, the first time the loop plays, everything is in sync, however when the loop starts again, there is a delay and all played notes are much too late in timing. If I stop the loop and play it again, everything is ok again.
Are there any sync settings I have to set up?
