sdunn - it was that i still had cubase open!! i'm listening to it right now, and it's working perfectly in itunes. hahaha.. what a bizzare little problem!

glad you got that solved. I never would have thought about that setting, as (I'm using sx) and I can minimize sx and use winamp or audacity. even have a tune playing in cubase and browse kvr at the same time.
