Support has been great for me. I sent Denis at Zynaptic a message yesterday afternoon - he replied within minutes. I'm West coast US - I assume he's Europe. Can't answer regarding price, though Don't Crack (reseller) has extra $ off for Zynaptic, if you login to their forum and check the special pricing. Other's may be more competitive -- don't know...

i sennt 2 mails, 1 about 2 months ago and another one 2 days ago, no replies!

demo'ing wormhole atm, i guess im using it wrong?
it doesnt sound so impressive like i imagined, a bit limited with controls? e.g. the droney presets dont sound much different when you switch sounds.

Anyone did the Design Bundle crossgrade move, meaning that you surrender / remove the Morph and Adaptiverb licenses, and get a fresh new DESIGN Bundle license? How smooth did it go? For some reason I don’t like that much the idea of having a licence of plugins I already own, remove it then get another one… Call me a paranoid but it seems like the perfect scenario for trouble. Just wanna make sure it goes seamlessly.

Did that before with an other dev with no problem.
Of course, you couldn't sell the licenses separately anymore.

Worked fine here - no issues and ended up with a group license for all three products.

I don't know... underwelmed. It makes neat sounds but I don't find it partilarily musical for my purposes. I tried various sources and messing around with it but trying to mix it into a track doesn't work for me. Whew. money saved!

me2, i was so hyped but somehow it wasnt so much different with various sources, i need to demo it more.
and wait for nice video examples. for this price i want to be really impressed!

I seriously doubt there's anything similar to Wormhole so far, it's definitely a unique alien pulverizing plugin alone in its own category for now. Unless you sidechain and use 5 or 6 other plugins all together and even then, I doubt you would be able to achieve similar results.

Actually, let me correct myself a bit if that can help you.

You could probably achieve similar results with the GRM Tools, with a lot of work and stacking few of the GRM Tools next to each other, especially Warp, Shift & Evolution. Still, not sure if you could really replicate the alien sound of Wormhole but that’s the only tools I can see some potential to do something similar.

I don´t feel the magic. I just hear some spectral effects i can do similar with Alchemy, Kaleidoscope and a lot other FX tools too.
Maybe i´m doing it wrong with the demo but it´s nothing special for me.
I will try again...

me2. I was first hyped by the videos then tested it and was disappointed. too expensive and cpu hungry + too limited for my taste. sound mangling is limited.

plus their support didnt replied 2 times in 2 months. I will stay away atm. hope adaptiverb was a good choice

GRM Warp exceeds Wormhole by far in it's capabilities concerning the spectral warping, and it has 4 modulators and you can morph between presets.
