Soundblaster LIVE balanced or unbalanced?

Just got a new pair of speakers, trying to determine if getting a 1/8th inch to XLR converter is worth it.

Does anyone know if the outputs (1/8th inch) are balanced or unbalanced?

I can't find any tech specs with the right info on soundblaster.com or anything else on google.
