no, you can do this with the PEAK and NOTCH Filter Modes. They do the same like an EQ and its 100% keyfollow accurate.

What is the purpose with the new eq mode if its polyphonic if its do same eq for all notes on same freq? doesnt make sense. i dont have anything against it but seems... useless but sure someone finds it interesting and needy for it but really would love to be explained what the benifit would be with the 2 band eq if its eq per note polytphonic but dont use keyfollow, how does that be useful compaired to not having polyphonic?msvs wrote:no, you can do this with the PEAK and NOTCH Filter Modes. There are tons of things you can do with this, beggining with frequency sweeps to shape pad movements or short attack phases in leadsounds. It follows keytrack, but its not bound exactly to the frequency. And this is absolutely no problem, since if you want to do that, you can use the FFT, which does this even on a harmonic grid, or like I said, the 2 filter modules. I would suggest, before writing about this new feature, you should try it first, when it comes out. What is the purpose with the new eq mode if its polyphonic if its do same eq for all notes on same freq? doesnt make sense. i dont have anything against it but seems... useless

I do not think this is technically possible without latencygoleat wrote:I like the FFT feature, but I would love to be able to use it also in the samples.msvs wrote:...

Oh I didn't know, it's a shame that it's very difficult to apply without latency. On the other hand, doing a bit of futurology and assuming the next update will include the sample loop function, I wonder if loop points can be modulated or not.msvs wrote:I do not think this is technically possible without latency

I don't care either.
