Swapping Controller CC Function Between DAWs?

Hi All,
I have an older Roland digital piano (KR-375) that I'm using through a Roland UM-One MIDI interface, and it has a couple of sliders that send MIDI data, but no actual mod wheel in the conventional sense. One of these sliders outputs CC 91/reverb send data (it controls the reverb of the piano's built in instruments), and it would be nice to "remap" it to send CC 1 modulation data for performance purposes. Is it possible, through Mac OS X itself or via a specific program, to have this CC 91 slider instead control CC 1 universally across all DAWs/hosts (I generally use Logic, Kontact, and EW's Play engine), or otherwise, how would one go about doing this universally inside Logic Pro X specifically? I've only seen controller assignments in Logic set to specific parameters inside a single instrument rather than modulation more generally, and being not particularly savvy when it comes to MIDI, I still find the controller setup and assignment windows confusing, so I'm not sure if or how one would apply them to this situation specifically (I have version 10.0.7). Any help would be immensely appreciated!

I'm a windows guy, so may not be the same for you. But, MIDI-OX allows a remap that would work across the system. I use Cubase as well as Reaper and both have a filter system that allows you to map incoming CC on a track by track basis. I actually have a couple of MIDI track templates with the filters preset to support an old kurzweil keyboard I use from time to time.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

There was something for OS X to specifically handle this but I don't remember its name.
no idea if it still exists

Thanks for the replies! I was able to find a program called MidiPipe that lets you convert messages universally –– you have to run the application while using the controller/interface the conversion is assigned to rather than just having it run as a background utility, but it gets the job done.

That's the one. I was setting up a breath controller, old tech that was pretty kludgy.
Once you've made that in Environment, you could save the project as template I imagine.
