Megaphone is a plugin that emulates a bullhorn / loudspeaker effect.
It features two loudspeaker emulations, feedback (slapback) control and a noise section. Megaphone can be used to make any audio source sound as if it’s being played by a bullhorn.

the audio demo remind me the sound of marilyn manson , was it your intention ?
(I know manson use a megaphone during live performance on some song...)

Not really him but yes, I was inspired by several bands/singers who used this technique.

Only drawback IMHO is that they don´t allow license transfers. That´s why I stopped buying from them.
