First place winner, please announce your chosen prize and specify whether or not you give permission to upload your track to our spotify/itunes/etc page run by rghvdberg (Sales would go to osc/prize pool), and pass it on to the next top fiver. You can't have it right now, it'll take some days, but be patient* NOTE: If you don't want prize, it will be passed to the next person down (but not below #5), thank you :)

CONGRATS TO THE WINNERS!

What does -8% generosity score means please?

Congrats to the winners.
But the late entry wins a prize, though - at least I think I remember it that way - different other participants said they are not going to meet the time line if they are going to spend time to polish their tracks and thus submit early...well...hm...that has a smell, and I remember my post that was ignored, quote:
As soon as a "yes" is also coming from participants that wrote sth. like"due to time constraints wasn't able to polish" or like "more abandond than finished" I'm fine. Otherwise I would have a bad gut feeling...
But I would say let's make a deal...one hand washes the other and each side has to put something on the table - We accept late submission but 574X promises not to take any price but leaves it for the next challenge in april if he makes first 5. Deal?

Just a way to see how votes were given out. Lots of 1's and 2's would yield a lower score, but its not for policing voting or anything.

Yeah. What shall we do?

Oh Thanks!

DANG, you guys are crazy! :ud:
Congrats to Bh and all others of the top 5.
I think, what qualifies him to deserve this "slip" is that he apparently was helping out a lot and that should be rewarded, if you asked me!

I still can't believe, you gave me #2, that's quite super sweet, but I'm a little blushing, because I only had managed to make such a tiny little song. ...at the same time: My wife keeps complaining that she has this thing in her head the whole time, hahahaha! (Dare you to make an insensitive joke now!!!) :scared:

HAPPY EASTER, by the way! :tu:

Too late to discuss this for the current challenge - I say fairness dictates that timelines are supposed to be strict...otherwise we start discussions like this one here if there's on part of users that adhere to the timeline sacrificing quality, or others say don't care about timeline, I finish with quality and hope for the good will of others that get me into the chart...or probably nobody cares and it's just me that feels uncomfortable about that.

Let's do a mini vote (10 total):
574x has been allowed to be qualified (having been late with no notice), however should the prize be nullified? Yea or Nay

Peter, I was paying attention (I didn't reply but I also wanted to discuss it), and these are good thoughts. I think it sounds fair enough, not being disqualified, but also forfeiting a prize. If i had received a PM with an explanation of a problem I would be fine. I'll vote Yea.

I agree with you up to a point, but no one did answer the question. Well, it would be fair to make as you suggested, so I also vote "yes".

Hey Congratulations Winners

It was a close month. (I have to say sfiks, your track was amazing, I'm astonished to have got the same points as you. No accounting for taste!!)

A SUGGESTION ONLY - for the "574x Was Late But Wins A Price Situation"

574x - How about you take a well-deserved prize - but allow eraze the borders and vitalker to choose first?

Just a suggestion.
If you or anyone doesn't like this idea, just pretend I never mentioned it. Not for me to say, and no big deal.

Well done to all it was a good sounding month :D

I like the suggestion, but I think he deserves it or doesn't based on on the fair vote. Sometimes the first few people skip, leaving good prizes for the last people, so it's hard to tell.

Doing that afterwards is not going to work.
Let's go this way...
(1) 574x is free to donate the prize to next month, we should not build up any force here, and...
(2) I just want to make sure we don't have similar timeline issues again in the next months. I bet bjporter will come up with a good, reliable and transparent solution

Thanks for the suggestion. Would it be fair enough regarding two other winners?

Thank you, though I would like to leave it to all of us to decide, I don't want to force one person to do it :) If we vote Nay, he can freely donate it if he likes :)

We won't have these problems again, I'll decide to simply cut the late entries. :tu:
