I´m searching for a simple virtual keyboard i could play just via my macbook keys. Mainly something like the Logic integrated music keyboard but with the option with multi channel output, best MPE style.
Because often i can´t or want to hook up my Seaboard Rise or other external midi controller (like my iPhone) for this and i just would like to do something with just my notebook.
Is someone aware of something like this for macOS?

Bump bi di bump.....
I tryed now to set up Polymer with an virtual keyboard to get a MPE controller for Logic without having to use my Seaboard Rise if i want.
So i want to input midi via the macbook keyboard and each key should trigger an own midi channel trough Polymer (which get´s midi input and outputs midi channels in a kind of round robin).
But the problem is then the freaking Logic always listen to Polymer AND the virtual keyboard at the same time.
It seems impossible (for me) to remove one of the midi inputs in Logic or via Audio/Midi set-up.
Why is this much much more easy to set up inside iOS? So it must be possible in macOS.
I might be to dumb and Logic forums or Apple support doesn´t helped either. I just thought maybe someone here has the answer.
So is there a way to use several virtual keyboard/midi apps but just ONE (Polymer in this case) should send midi input to Logic, while the other (a simple virtual midi keyboard app) just should send midi to Polymer but NOT to Logic.
Maybe it´s easy and i just have a brainfart
It drives me crazy........ :o :o :o

I figured it out finally.
So now i can play any instrument polyphonic just via my mac keyboard.
Polymer is really great (combined with the right setting within Logic).
You can not only make any monosynth polyphonic, you can also use polyphonic voices per channel and use 2 channels to make an 4 voice synth 8 voices etc.
Or using 3 channels with 1 voice, 3 with 2 voices and maybe another one with 4 voices.
Up to 32 voices general.
Awesome midi tool.
Now i´m happy!
