It is a raw template for most things to apply some musicianship to. I do especially like some of its imperfections in tunings for certain instruments without having to apply further microtunings. the key is definitely studying and listening to what you instrument you are trying to attempt.
(It has a 'second resting center' that allows me to throw off the entire board by somewhere around 16-20 cents in pitch.) It is 'feature' I've been able to make great use of!
