software for transcribing melody from recording?

I need to extract melodies from a recording, what software do you recommend for this? I used melodyne a few years ago but wanted to see if there might be something better. I will also need to import that to Sibelius to print.

Maybe, Sonic Visualiser(http://www.sonicvisualiser.org) with the plugins from here : http://vamp-plugins.org/plugin-doc/qm-vamp-plugins.html

I haven't used it in any serious way, but it seemed to "work", and it's totally free.

And if you go to vamp plugin site above, there are others that seem promising.

This probably won't help, but Ableton Live can do this (not the Lite version, it's gotta be standard or up)
