I wrote this song last year shortly after starting into computer music recording. It's very simple. I intend to re-do it, but the basic idea is there. Review anyone?

odd mood, peaceful but particular. it kind of reminds me of the orgy music from conan 1 remixed for china cup set :p phrasing is nicely executed, smooth, fits. play on :p
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

Sweet sounds and good motiffs, but not enough variation, too much repetition, for my taste. Around 3:00 I was getting a bit bored. Then there was some new stuff, but I think you were hanging on the dominant for way too long there.
And then at 4:30 all the old stuff starts again.
Maybe compress this piece a bit?

Nice tune. Plenty of space in it, not overpowering at all. A little variation would be nice indeed, maybe change instruments at abouut 2:00 for a bit? I might also possibly suggest a bit of a far-background pad synth to provide some sonic fill, for a long tune it's possibly *too* instrumentally minimalistic.
Just my two cents worth!

Thanks for all the nice and helpful comments. I agree that the piece is repetitive and needs more variation. (I think it's only 7 tracks or something). I'll think about what was said when I (eventually) re-do the thing. Thanks for listening and responding!

I especially liked the continual dark cello-ish sound that could do well with an answering/competing pad as wooleyloach suggested. I like the basic structure of the melody lines and the sound chosen for it. It gives it a rather airey feel.
Would be interested to see where you would take this
Welcome to KvR btw
