But you don't Wags, its double standards all the way and back.
You recently insulted and disrespected other Kvr users who tried to help you.

Here is a reminder of the rules. (I didn't create the rules and regs)

And I apologized for that. This thread and my post are irrelevant to THAT incident. I did nothing in THIS thread that has violated any of the rules and/or regulations of THIS forum and THAT is what I am responding to.

As for your request, when you stop harassing me, I'll comply with your request.

Don't respond to this. Don't continue to argue with me and if after 24 hours I see you've finally dropped this non issue, I will be glad to put you back on ignore.

Again, if you have a problem with Soundcloud links, petition to get the rules changed.

Oh, and in case you haven't noticed, I have not been disrespectful to you during this communication.

Seems I gotta say this once:

I reported some of your guy's way-too-long, way-too-many, way-too-overblown, with way-too-many-insults posts fighting wagtunes (as off-topic posts, basically, though they sure break the "be respectful" rule too), so don't think it was "wagtunes running to the mods" if your post got deleted or you got a mod warning.

List all synthesizers here...

It's one of those synths that suffers because of bad presets. And because you really have to dig to make use of its capabilities -- it's not like Diva, where you can turn one knob and get a good result. Spectral is NOT an instant gratification synth.
Yeah, Spectral is a good addition to the list...

Another synth I would add is Sculpture. It is worth buying Logic just to use Sculpture. The organic character of the way it morphs through all sorts of lovely timbres is unique.

I just wish they would update the GUI.

Yes, very cool and mostly overlooked synth.

Is this supposed to prove it's a great Synth, because if anything this is going to put potential buyers off, seriously bad patches and aweful demo.

Please ignore this demo if you're interested in Spectral.

yes! I assume it is on the to-do list... does not look so good on my retina screen... but the sound is special...

Can I give you a piece of advice? By posting derogatory comments like these, it's kind of like a car wreck. No matter how bad it is, people just have to look. So what happens is, out of nothing more than curiosity, people ARE going to check out the track.

"Can it really be THAT bad?"

And going by the number of sales I've already made for this library, there's a good chance that I'll get more.

So I guess I should thank you.

Because yeah, there is no such thing as bad publicity.

Your right, I should add the caveat 'IMO' your presets and demo is aweful.

People, feel free to rubberneck Wags effort and subsequently feel empowered and confident that you can probably do alot better than this.

IMO :p

I want to thank all those who keep trying to keep this on topic, those who aren't need to please stop now

I see Biotek mentioned only in the Tracktion forum and in the context of Waverazor and their DAW. I found extremely limited use until they added the Edit interface, and it's very deep. It's why I got Waverazor now, though Waverazor provides more opportunity to sound design than Biotek did at the beginning.

On that note, the initial disgust people had with Waverazor was kind of interesting. I've been making some absolutely filthy sounds with it and the advanced editing interface isn't even available yet. But people are warming up to it.

Post

Biotek is very good, and I'm surprised it is rarely talked about.

IMO these don't get the attention they deserve:

Loom- this one 1000X over, don't get why it's not more popular?

Arturia MS80 - probably due to it's old GUI being ridiculously small. But having recently picked up the whole collection this one stood out to me. For such an old and arguably partial emulation I like the sound. I could see thinking of it as PITA with the old GUI, but it's pretty cool IMO, and personally I didn't think the other emulation sounded that much better so..

Syn'X 2 - Gets overshadowed by Xils4 and Poly KB II, but I use it more than the other two, probably because it's an emulation of a DCO synth? dunno? It's great nonetheless.
