rather impressive sound quality...

Thanks for sweet words of yours :)

Good sound quality for most of the sounds, too bad it is not usable with the free Kontakt player (technical, commercial reasons ?), it would have been the best performance/price ratio on the market for a vst workstation.

Full version of Kontakt v5.5.1 is required because free Kontakt Player version would make NeO soundstation much more expensive. Actual $50 is way below worth for what NeO soundstation offers.
One user comments:
"The accordion patches alone with keyswitches and various register swithes are worth
over $150.00 !!! I get enough of Neo Soundstation. ".
Next one says:
"I bought it! Amazing library! Bass guitars are so good and so deep and some strings
sounds are as good as my $$ strings library! Staccato symph is the best staccato
strings sound i heard... only $50!"
While NI Kontakt is industry leader sampler, it is worth to have it...IMO With library like NeO, i think that you get excellent workflow, speed and quality.

Feels like I've heard these exact samples somewhere before. Can't quite put my finger on it...

Many sounds have been sampled for the first time, like Sara drums, custom acoustic guitar, strings etc. .....
The concept is also important here, the way things are built.Choice of instruments that are being sampled, neither less nor more contributes to effective work. NeO soundstation is relatively small library (3,3 GB) with which is possible to do complete song production from jazz to edm or scoring music. If you add some next pro library, result will get even better. But, as a main base, NeO soundstation rocks!

You might want to grammar check those testimonials while you're at it.

$5 patches look interesting to try.

Please put your finger on it.

If they resampled someone else's library that would be a big nono.

And him saying "many sounds have been sampled for the first time" leads me to believe that he might have done that.

It's bad enough developers get pirated constantly, no need to have samples being stolen by another developer

Double post

i think i can replicate 2:35 (of that long video), the second tremolo, g-5
from a garritan IO "full strings tremolo" f-5, pitched up a whole, less highs
but not trying do any harm here, sample what you want, free the music .. the money? the poor?..uh

Sampled for the first time - it means that noone has ever sampled that instrument. It is legal and legit to sample various instruments and from those create something new. Whole industry works like that.

GUI is too big for the very few controls that it has... it should be much more compact.

Otherwise it really sounds pretty good!

Sampling someone elsession samples is often times NOT legal, i.e. I can't buy LA scoring strings, sample it, Then sell you a "string library" for 50$.

Yes please be clear. Are all the samples in the library 100% original recordings that you created from live, acoustic instruments?

Or are there samples here that were re-recorded, or processed, from hardware workstations or other sample libraries?
