Well, that would be prety weird considering Discovery Pro is 10 years on the market now, and there have been loads of new Nord synth after its release, wouldn't it?

Yes it would be weirdchk071 wrote:Well, that would be prety weird considering Discovery Pro is 10 years on the market now, and there have been loads of new Nord synth after its release, wouldn't it?
But its not out of the bounds of possibility by any stretch of the imagination.
Is it?

Yes I think it is...because Discovery is not his only product. So the issue lies elsewhere, but where (?) who knows.kurodo wrote:Yes it would be weirdchk071 wrote:Well, that would be prety weird considering Discovery Pro is 10 years on the market now, and there have been loads of new Nord synth after its release, wouldn't it?![]()

If things don't change they will stay as they are.

Well, I got the 'Vertigo Fail' too. A while ago I've played with Vertigo (3.6.2) and due to what I read here today I tried it and got the "licence file invalid" in the log.txt
(Windows 7,32 bit)
I checked the 'members area' and found there was a 'Vertigo 3.6.3.', but when I tried to download I got the discodsp.com page with the #@$&% "Temporarliy Closed" message!
It's a &^*$&#%! mess!
I emailed George about it. It didn't bounce , but I haven't got a reply either

Ok there is a 3.6.3 in accounts now - which I guess must mean that George is alive and aware of what is going on so why isn't he explaining what the situation is?

3.6.2 fixed it for 3.6 until the license expired again. Be aware that 3.6.3 might equally only work for a certain amount of time.aMUSEd wrote:And 3.6.3 appears to fix this

It took some juggling with purchase-ID numbers, but I have downloaded and installed Vertigo 3.6.3 and it works again.
So apparently, George has gone silent, but he did fix the licensing issue (for now).
So, good for him.
