... and while we are on key tracking - how about key tracking modulation curves? I mean key tracking can be used as modulation source, but it would be nice if this key tracking curve could be edited... like this _/‾ or this ‾\_ for exampleZaBong69 wrote:Hi,
I can not find a way to completely shut off the keytracking on oscillators. I tried messing with the keytracking parameters in the mod matrix, but do not get it right - there always seems to be some pitching when I used the keyboard.
Would it be too much to ask for a switch with which I can shut down keytracking so that SM One can bes used for drum and percussion sound design? A lean 4-osc wavetable synth would be perfect to me as a drum synthesizer.
Thanks,
Karsten

We do not support custome keytracking curves in SM1 (yet). But we have 2 separate keytracking mod sources: unipolar keytrack and bipolar keytrack.

Just installed v1.0.4 and when I change the skin to 120% the output meters start acting weird. When I switch back to 100% they behave normal.
I also can not change to more than 120%, but that's probably a failsafe because the window would then be bigger than my screen (running 1920 x 1080).
Edit: Browsing presets seems to cause crashes again. Had it in Reaper and Maschine.
Edit2: It also crashes Bitwig 2.0 when changing presets
Can I revert back to v1.0.3?

I am seeing this as well, but no crashes with DP9.13Reefius wrote:Just installed v1.0.4 and when I change the skin to 120% the output meters start acting weird. When I switch back to 100% they behave normal.

I'll look into that, maybe the image wasnt scaled correctly.Reefius wrote:Just installed v1.0.4 and when I change the skin to 120% the output meters start acting weird. When I switch back to 100% they behave normal.
Yes that's intentional: SynthMaster One chooses the scaled skin that's between 20%-80% of the entire screen area. If the skin you choose is bigger than the monitor dimensions it'll choose the one that fits.Reefius wrote:I also can not change to more than 120%, but that's probably a failsafe because the window would then be bigger than my screen (running 1920 x 1080).
I can not reproduce with Windows 8 or 10. Are you on Windows 7?Reefius wrote: Edit: Browsing presets seems to cause crashes again. Had it in Reaper and Maschine.

Did some more testing and it also crashes in FL Studio 12 and Cupase Pro 9. The only DAW it didn't crash in so far is Ableton Live.
I'm on Windows 10 64 bit. I did not have these crashes with v1.0.3 so I would like to downgrade but don't have the installer anymore. Website only shows v1.0.4 so I'm kinda stuck.
Edit: It only seems to crash when using the big arrows to select the next or previous preset, not when using the preset browser.

Could you try deleting the config file at: My Documents/SynthMasterOne/Config/SynthMasterOneConfig.txtReefius wrote:Did some more testing and it also crashes in FL Studio 12 and Cupase Pro 9. The only DAW it didn't crash in so far is Ableton Live.

and try again? That might reset the synth entirely.
EDIT: I tested with FL12 as well on Windows 10, still no crashes when changing presets, etc.

That seems to have fixed it, just tried in Bitwig 2 and Maschine, no more crashes.kv331 wrote:Could you try deleting the config file at: My Documents/SynthMasterOne/Config/SynthMasterOneConfig.txt

The weird behavior of the output meters is still there when I set the skin to 120%, but that's not a major issue. At least I can now use it again without crashing
Thanks!

The satYatunes 120% looks great on my Surface Pro 3. Thanks, Bülent. I wish all plugin makers would make their VSTs resizable.
