I am new to Ableton and to cut a long story short .... Could you guys pls enlighten me what other developers (other than sonic faction - the one I only knew) also developed Live devices/FX/Synths etc ..

Lots of sample packs have a Ableton Sampler version. Like Samples From Mars (https://samplesfrommars.com/) and Sample Magic (https://samplemagic.com/)

Loopmasters (and Plugin Boutique) have a lot of Ableton stuff from various makers.

I have always liked AfroDJMac's devices. He has some unique ones, gives a lot away free, and the rest are reasonably priced.
