With a busy month and a horrifically unstable synth, I was all set to pass on this one until Taron went over and above and contributed a stable 64-bit build. Cheers for that! As a direct result, I got to enjoy the wonderful FM bell sounds this synth so easily produces. Not sure why I love such timbres so much; maybe its because it takes me all the way back to grade 6 handbell choir...

I knew Spaceshipdelay for long, but didn't dare to use it because I thought it would be outside of what's allowed, like cubases mod delay as well. Are we allowed to use such delays?

Said I wouldn't enter but I did anyway. This one feels very inspired by Rusty I'd say, maybe with a hint of Snatcher.

I tried to stay as close as possible to actual YM2413 limits (only 9 total notes of polyphony, only 1 custom patch at once), minus any note overlap since mono mode is not something found in this pluginset.

Well for this month I dug out an old arcade machine from the cellar and dusted it off. Unfortunately time had taken its toll, and some of the sprites were running amok. Took a while to chase them down and console them, so here is the result

No of instances of vst2413s - 34 - All Patches designed from scratch.

Percussion -
9 instances built into a kit using midi note modifiers, amp, panning, and HP LP filtering.
Clap made with one instance tripled using midi event delay slightly randomised timing.
2 output channels - 1 with LP and Limiter, other with EQ, limiter, delay and reverb.

Choral sound made with 8 stacked instances, detuned then filtered.
