Luftruum and the Unfinished are the top two in my books. Oh and apaprently the Plugin Guru guy, but I've never actually used his stuff before

My personal favorite is Aiyn Zahev, followed by (in no special order) Joseph Hollo, Kevin Schröder, Luftrum, and some others
