Looking for artist/label/compilation recommendations. Getting into techno lately but I am very picky when it comes to music. I like labels like Nein records, Parquet Recordings and Traum. They all have high quality releases with that special atmospheric dark sound which I am looking for. Love the tracks with extraordinary percussion/sounds and haunting melodies the most. Vocals are fine too. Some examples:

Nothing much in this thread is really techno or dark imo.. Sounds like you might like the more melodic side of psytrance and electronica if we were to narrow it down to genre. If we were talking techno then you might want to try Sandwell District, Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Recondite - when they're in melodic mode that is. Electronica wise there's Robert Leiner (as The Source Experience) off the top of my head. Don't be afraid to just click on randoms that on appear the right hand side in youtube - the way they group things is excellent and I've found plenty of great things this way.
