detections of octaves lower and higher and tuning to higher octave

hello there, is there any vst that isn't synthesizer vst that has capability to detect and tune to higher octave automaticlly once selected?
this is to change the audio that i already have from octave c -6 to octave c+6
from lower to higher octaves.
