YES! YES!YES!YOU ROCK, ROB!
That's so awesome, man, what a relief!
I mean, I can't wait to compile native versions, but for now this just makes my day! Thank you for figuring this out!
Can't wait to hear what you'll do with it. And, I hope, it will run fine, too, of course.
There will come an update, though, most likely today, if all goes well! 8)

I'm gathering courage to conquer this beast ...

btw, you could always compile a non-gui version for linux, daws usually handle these pretty well

but the gui is very sexy :-) well done

Sorry to cause trouble for you, but that one is not actually free as we understand free in the OSC world. It's free only for D16 customers or Computer Music magazine subscribers.

But if it's allowed, I'll happily use it too... :hihi:

From https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/rules
The effects must be easily available freeware 3rd party effects. This does not include plug-in betas, demos, magware or freeware that has expired, unless a special exception is made that month
but http://d16.pl/frontier says download free!?

Post

You are right. Its not entirely free. You need to create account to download it, but to do it you need serial number of any D16 product(

Post

That would count as not easy available, hence forbidden.
Sorry, those are the rules.

Post

No problem. I'll use another free limiter.

Just a quick note to say I have updated my track. Added another instance of LotS and 2 more autopans!

Also tamed those nasty HF's on the lead sound (it's now 2 layers!).

Please enjoy.

I had never checked out these VSTs before, great stuff.

Hello, I am new to this forum. This seems like a really fun competition and I would love to participate but unfortunately I primarily use a Mac. Anyway, would you say the synths chosen for this competition are typically windows only or are they more often than not cross-platform? (I'm debating whether I should fire up my old unreliable Gateway PC with Sonar 8 or if i should wait it out a month so I can use Logic on my mac where I am way more comfortable.)

Post

We try to do cross platform as much as possible.

FAT is simple free lp/hp filter.
Protoverb is amazing reverb, especially for immitation of small spaces. I use it in almost every project.

What's the rule on convolution reverb? That a big no-no?
