Chrome is notorious for excessive system resources usage. Using it for the plugin GUI is the most mind numbing thing I've seen for a long time. These guys need to hire some competent programmers. Fast!

I just meant that they were like presets in regard to their construction. Their system is obviously highly modular. I doubt that there is a tremendous amount of difference between the individual plugins.VariKusBrainZ wrote:But you can create your own presets, as with any other EQ.pekbro wrote:Really, these are more presets than actual plugins IMHO. Just sayin.
However when loading a saved project the correct preset is loaded but the display curves do not not display the correct settings of the knob positions.
Eg
I created a preset with Bass set to normal peak but when relaoding the plugin the Bass is still set to normal peak but the display is showing the curve for the high shelf.
Switching between the DAW/plugin GUI and some other program's GUI causes the knobs to no longer respond to the mouse, only the power switchs tube drop down list work.
After this the DAW and plugin GUI froze and both unresponsive.

I received email from support that they reproduced the bugs that I sent, and they working on solving the bugs right now.
Passive EQ when saved in Logic song, after opening when you press to open GUI it will reset all settings for audio, but visually curve will stay the same. Other models don't have this bug.
Please report all bugs by logging in and pressing Feedback button will make a email form with your system info.
Well this will be the first update ever.

Yeah, but how do we know what the fixes are? Clicking "Update History" just takes you back to the store-front. I actually like these EQs, it's just a shame PG don't do anything very well - for example, their website!

Why did Positive Grid offer something weird like this as a freebee? I didn't know the company before but now I think of it like 'Negative Grid' even though the sound quality appears to be good.

The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.

I really don't get it. Most of the bugs are still the same.
One bug is only solved with Passive EQ when saving the project in Logic X after opening the project
when on first time opening the GUI of Passive EQ, it usually reset the settings. Now that is gone at least.
In and Out faders still do not saves the settings in project in Logic X.
When you try to erase the internal preset GUI is still frozen completely on all eq's.

I give up with these bag of shite plugins. I really want to like them and use them, I really do. I installed the updates and the plugins bring my computer to its knees. Uninstall and put the previous versions back on and its better for 5 minutes and then same thing, computer just stops responding. All I can do is to kill Reaper.
Shame because they do sound good, I really do like them, but at 5% cpu per instance, it aint gonna happen.

Here on Mac works nice. Did you log out? This is very important. Otherwise on insert you will wait until it connects to his home. After authorising you don't need to be logged in.

Logged out of all instances of the plugins, but Reaper still stops responding after a few seconds. Maybe it does work well on a Mac, but here on Windows they are just unusable, which is a big shame.
