ghettosynth wrote:Yeah, this is one of those threads. The idea is just to mention the plugins/instruments that you used or featured in music that you made TODAY! That's the only stipulation, of course it's on the honor system. You don't have to link your music even though I think that a lot of people would like that. Even just listing the style may make this useful for some people. Over the long term, you can look back at this thread and see what you've used rather than what you've imagined that you've used and how much music that you're actually making and what kind of music that is.

Not that I have any control over it, but, my idea is that it's ok to chat with each other about the respective choices, that is, having a conversation about the posts is not off topic, IMHO, of course.

I'll go first.

I made some ambient music today and I used

Konture
Kinetic Metal
Una Corda
Replica XT
EchoBoy
Blackhole
Neutron
Sounds cool. Link?
I know, right? Konture is more interesting than I expected and Una Corda is all that and a bag of chips. Sadly, what I do with them isn't really that cool, per se. It's interesting to me though, so I keep doing it.

In any case, it's part of a larger project that isn't out yet.

That "Get the funk out" cover was sick. WOW. Highly skilled musicians there.
Even I was offended by what I was going to put here.
Newest Release, retro EBM, Brute Opposition - Unity of Command, released Sept '22 bandcamp link

I made some music (mostly false starts) using the following plugins. I'm in a learning period trying to improve, focusing a lot on getting general mileage and getting a fatter and more pro sound.

Bazille
Serum
Diva
chipsounds
uTonic (use it as the core of my beats)
Ultrabeat (need something else for sampled drums, the ui is irritating)
Virtual Drummer (awesome tool, use it for bounced out processed top loops)
LFOTool (amazing little tool)
The Glue
Presswerk
Pro-Q2
Volcano 2
Saturn
Timeless 2
Uhbik-A, G and Runicter
