No need to wait for the postman. I bought it via download (I already had the vast majority of the content, anyway). I hope th have the serial in my possesion tomorrow, and have Reaktor 6, all the blocks and Form running on the weekend.
You may wanna try to fire up the NativeAccess. When the products are in your account.. you can download/install right away and no activation what so ever. (I bought update to k11.. and it was in there after some minutes)

Yes, it's via Nativa Access, but since I bouht it last night, only this morning did I receive the serial. It's already running :) Now, I just have to reorganize all my important Reaktor files, according to the folders Reaktor 6 look up (I will still keep Reaktor 5 installed, for a matter of compatibility).

And also download all the important specific Reaktor 6 content from the User Library

The visual feedback on the Duality Oscillator is quite mesmerizing.

Nothing to see here - I should have checked that the thread didn't already have news about the new blocks!

I am LOVING this thing, tho I'm also struggling to wrap my head around it. I'm so ingrained in east coast style synthesis that this west coast school is confusing to me. I'll get it tho, just time and practice.
I hope some way can be worked out for front panel patching tho, cuz having to switch between A and B views makes it harder to patch IMHO.
This thing is probably the closest I'll ever get to putting my hands on a real Buchla.

i just wish the "shit-..erm shift-seq" would also have an "offset" option like the curve seq.
:hail: Thanks NI.. The shift-sequencer offset is.. "click+drag"=shift all.

Hell of a 303/Monark sequencer.. and then change sequences with presets.. pure seqs.

(edit: It has an "Init" preset.. and also has a "happy random init" preset. They thought of everything.)
Yeah. As awesome as it is, I really wish the shift sequencer was able to use mod A and B to change the pattern length and offset like the curve sequencer can. Interesting decision by NI there.
I ain't complaining, mind you. Just wishing   8)

EDIT: Also, are you the Klinke that made the AWESOME MCU extension for Reaper? If so, thank you SO MUCH!! It really works great with TouchDAW on my Android tablet. Game changer when it comes to mixing. Wow.
If not, nevermind

Problem: Midi-Out Block
(Shiftsquencer with midi-out Block.)

The Midi-Out Block does not transmit legato.. So one cannot use it to send notes with legato to vst-synth. (legato = 303 glide)
Also i would like to shoot it at Reaktor synths.
Built right into Block-ensemble = no problem.
Not good enough NI.

(I didn't do any "MCU extension".)

there are sequencers in the user library can do these things

(I would have loved, when someone said i am wrong and it works..)

There is no reason why the "new" midi-out block should not be able to do this.
It's .. not good.
Feels like virtually stepping on a Lego..block.

Still no way to use the mousewheel to control knobs in Reaktor instruments (at least in Monark)? That's a pity.
I mean, that's a pity for owners, not for me for a while :)
Will be back in a couple of years.
Weapons of choice (subject to change):
Godin Redline, Kuassa, Fuse Audio, Audiority, Roland A-500pro, Dune, Dagger, TAL, Reaper for Rock & Synthwave pleasures; Viper and FL Studio for guilty EDM pleasures

Seriously? Never cared much for mousewheel support on knobs. Normal mouse control is much more precise anyway.

Post

Seriously, I don't need precision to switch waveforms, but need simple wheel motion to preserve my precious tunnels from the tunnel syndrome. Horses for courses etc, take a look at Diva for instance.
For reasons, It's become kind of standard UI approach in music software for rough adjustments.

Still no Xbox controller support either.
Orion Platinum, Muzys 2

I can not control my fridge with Reaktor...

Don't really know much about blocks, and was playing around with demo ensembles, why do they sound like they are already compressed? Is there a block that does limiting automatically?
