Glide pitch between two different samples?

I'd like to be able to have two different samples in non-pitch mode (sop, instead of each note shifting one sample's pitch over the keyboard, different samples are assigned to each key) but glide the pitch between the two. I'm not sure if this is possible using crossfading and pitch shifting between the two different samples when pressed/released, but I'd love to be able to do it. Is there a plugin sampler out there that CAN do this?

I remember this being something that Logic's sampler can do... really cool.

Otherwise, I'd guess that Kontakt can do it with some scripting.

I'm curious to see what others might be out there...

Kontakt comes with a factory script, 'Unisono/Portamento' to achieve this.

Thanks both of you! I don't have a mac, but I'll check Kontakt out, I've never used scripts before, is it just mostly a case of loading samples and selecting the script? Any more that do this that anyone knows of? (Just looking around all possibilities!)

Yeah, there's nothing to it in Kontakt, there is a scripts page and you load the script into one of its slots.
