Yes, importing single cycle WAV files into the wavedraw oscillator should be working,
I tested it, and it's there in the pro version but not the mono version.

When I save wavefiles or wavetables they show up with the normal presets, if I re-call correct in 1.0.5 you would only see the wavefiles and wavetables not the presets as well.
That's also when I want to load wavetables / wavefiles, in the old version only those show up, not the presets as well. That's what I meant.
How to reproduce:
- Insert wavedraw component
- Change waveform
- Press waves ( you see the normal presets ), then do save ( wavefiles and presets mixed together )
This means the wavefiles and wavetables I save or export land in the wrong directory.
They end up here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2\Fathom\Programs\User\RH
Should be: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2\Fathom\Waveforms\User

I think you missed my point, the browser only shows presets not wavetables.FathomSynth wrote:
3) Load Wave and Load Table buttons do nothing.
They work like the program browser in that you have to select something first.
If you select a waveform and click load it will load the waveform into the current index position.
If you select a wave table and click load table it will load the entire table.
But if nothing is selected the buttons do nothing.
In a future release I will have them blacked out until something is selected.
That wasn't the case in version 1.0.5.
How to reproduce:
- Insert wavetable component.
- Press File
- I only see presets, not the directory with wavetables.
I see: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2\Fathom\Programs\User\RH
Not: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2\Fathom\Wave Tables
Workaround: I need to go back with the up arrow to get to the correct directory to load wavetables.

Fathom remembers the programs and wave folders separately.
It now remembers and stores these locations permanently in Fathom.xml.
When you first start Fathom and add a new plugin, if Fathom.xml does not exist,
then the programs folder will default to Fathom\Programs,
and the waveforms folder will default to Fathom\Waves.
I just retested this now to make sure I'm telling the truth.
However! It will will not prevent you from selecting the same folders.
So if you are in a wavedraw oscillator and you hit "Waves"
and then browse to the same folder as Programs it won't try to stop you.
And it won't stop you from saving waveforms in with programs and vice versa.
So just be aware of where you are browsing to in both cases
and keep the folders separate and you will be ok.
In the future I will make it so you can't select programs after hitting Waves and vice versa.

I see, thanks for explaining. Will check where i'm saving untill you change it.

OK, I just tested it and figured it out.
You're right, its broken for the wave table File button.
It is remembering the folder OK once you set it right,
but before that it is defaulting to the wrong place.
I will for sure fix that in the next release 1.0.8.
Thanks for finding that!

Dude your dedication and responsiveness is phenomenal. Thanks so much for this awesome synth. I hesitate to make a request because so far you've been adding features before I know I want them
Please make it easy to step through the single-cycle wav files that are in the same folder as the one that is currently being used. A next/prev button, keyboard shortcut, mouse gesture, anything. I know it sounds like a small thing, but for lack of this feature, when I'm designing sounds from scratch I almost always ditch all of my bigger (better?) synths and use RapturePro for this simple feature. Drag-and-drop, into the wav editor would be a dream come true, but I understand that that my not be as easy to implement.
I apologize if this feature is already present and I'm just overlooking it. Keep up the great work.

OK, some good observations.
In regard to stepping through Waves, it should be working.
If you are in the Wave Draw oscillator and you hit "Waves" at the bottom left.
Then if you select the first wave and hit the down arrow key repeatedly,
it should load and preview the audio for each wave as well as show the graph,
each with a single key hit.
This should work for both wave.xml's as well as audio WAV files,
if not it's a bug, in which case please send more details or post a video.
That being said I just realized that it is not stepping through the waves
if the mouse wheel is moved which would be really nice, so I will add that
in the next release.
Good news in regard to drag and drop, its not that hard to do.
It can already preview wave files, and drag and drop is implemented for audio objects
so combining the two features is easy. That will go into the next release also.

If you did everything right the paid version should not require a password and should be poly.
I just double checked all the download zip files for both the website purchase links,
and the KVR direct purchase, the are all correct, and polyphonic, and do not require
the DLL upgrade unzip password.
If you purchased on KVR direct and accidentally hit the mono free download instead of
the private download, that would explain it.

Anyone else using this on Windows 10, Cubase 9.0.2 64bit. Cannot get polyphony. Fathomsynth has pm'd which is great and thanks with a new dll link.
The dll is the same date and size that I already had and copied it across regardless. The original install didnt ask for a zip password unlike the new download from your website both 1.07.
So I have all the files and everything working.
I just cant get polypony only mono. Ive checked through just to see if there a mono/poly setting.
When I copied across the new dll (which I believe is the same from the original Pro zip file I received when purchasing from the KVR website last night), I removed the XML file just in case that was upsetting things.
All patches load fine just in monophonic.
Windows10Pro x64
Cubase 8.0.2 x64
Fathom x64
If theres a better support link, email, page let me know.
