I run a online radio station I use a automation program called Radioboss which would be better to run multiple condenser microphones to the computer??
BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UMC404HD audio interface with phantom power supply
Or
Behringer Q1202USB 12 Channel Mixer
I would use 4 Behringer C-3 condenser microhones

USB mixers have the tendancy to deliver only the Main outputs through USB over to your computer. The interface you listed guarantees each mike gets it's own channel within the PC. But is four analog channels enough? Can RadioBoss handle audio coming in over several interfaces?
Then it's a matter of preference: do you rather use EQ on the mixer, or can that be done just as well (and easy) in RadioBoss? I dunno...

I know Radioboss only allows for one microphone but I am not sure if it will work with a audio interface or microphone mixer.
