msvs, you have to try camel audio alchemy or uvi falcon, the sample import with sfz is so easy and these synths also combine it with their granular engine. For me, the easy sfz import was also a reason to buy TAL sampler.
Althoug I have lot of workstations and sampler like kontakt and halion, TAL sampler makes it so easy to quickly import my sfz multisample libraries, which i have from alchemy and a huge collection from the German BEAT-Magazine by Marco Scherer.
You can simply edit or create your own sfz file, by Text-Editor and adress all your sample / wav archives, adress all parameters like volume, sample position / lenght and copy and paste these files to link other WAV files, by replacing their filenames.

i would say that it is TOTALLY AWESOME how much passion and support manuel and his team does/shows!

the news about granular synthesis is so awesome! so i would really say we shouldnt push em so much, let them finish something and check what we already got so far. this is just great and i totally am happy to support them with my purchase and as a customer i cannot say that about other companies sometimes.

i am sure they will do sfz too but just let them finish step by step

Interesting. Thanks for the data point. I'll redownload R2 and try again, and dive a little deeper and see if I can't figure out what's going on.

I don't want to push, i am so happy what avenger already is. the bigtone expansion is so amazing and i love the workflow with the mod matrix. Avenger is so much more fun to create sounds than falcon, thats why Multisampleimport is the only feature, where i miss the outstanding workflow.
In this half year, i have seen so much updates and new features of avenger, what other synths haven't reached in years. I think it's the best advantage of software, that it can be enhanced an otpimized by listening to their customers. They do a realy great job like u-he and less other companies.
