looking for samples of snare (or whatever they use on beats 2 and 4) for pop ballads. like in Lara Fabian , Celine Dion, Marc Anthony etc Ballad songs.
Most of those ballads mixed by Mick Guzauski.

Do you have any specific examples? Most of those types of songs usually just use a rim/side stick or a snare with a relatively long reverb. Linndrum or some of the calmer Roland R8 samples might be a good place to start

this is one example. (even tho not mixed by Mick) the first 3/4 of the song. especially in the first half where finger snaps, side stick and than "the snare" alternate:

so far I found out that some of the Drums samples were used from Synclavier.
Mick Guzauski mixed most of them, his main reverb for the snare was room preset from Eventide SP2016
