What do most people use? In-built DAW plug-in's or third party plugin's like Melodyne or Autotune? Have anyone use Revoice Pro for vocal production?

I usually use Autotune as a live type tuning where it sits on the track and puts the vocal on the closest note. I use it with a soft tune type so it isn't really noticeable. If I need to do major fixing though, I use either Melodyne or Waves Tune. They are mostly similar for this in that you run it through the auto-tuning which moves it to the closest note and then listen and move the few notes that are off.
I know you can do a lot more with this stuff, but I haven't really bothered. I usually just redo the vocals until I like them and sing my own harmonies. That's the good thing about being a singer.
If I had the money? I would probably buy Revoice Pro. It looks like it does most of the stuff Melodyne does now and it looks like it might be easier. But I've had AutoTune, Melodyne and Waves for years and it is cheaper to update. Frankly, I think that is what it usually comes down to. Well, the Waves came with the bundle I got otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.

Studio One has transpose and tuning functions which can be applied live to audio or MIDI events. If I think I'll get better results, or want to alter the formant, I'll use Melodyne. Or for simple live pitch and formant changes, I'll use iZotope Nectar Suite 2.
