FR: Jump to scroll position key

This would be a shortcut assigned to a key ('j' maybe?) that would jump to the cursors position in sequencers, envelopes, audio and midi parts. Especially useful in the sequencer, where I never have the auto-scroll on, but don't want to do a scrollwheel workout everytime I want to see what's happening
