Does one exist? If so, can anyone direct me to it?

If your host has a midi metronome you can redirect it to OnePingOnly.

why would you need one? i would tell you to just load any clicking sound into your sequencer, but there has to be some reason you need this.

For a long time Orion didn't have a metronome, and thanks to Toby Bear Productions 'MetroGnome' it saved my butt.
Plus the cool thing with Metrognome is you can use your own .WAV sounds for the high and low pulses. I used farts, burps, and karate soundeffects, but now just stick to small click .WAV's. Check Toby's forum below for more info.

I actually don't own a sequencer right now. I just use Chainer for playing VST's and I would like to play along with a metronome. A metronome where you could change the time signature would be great.
That Zetronome program looks pretty cool but I can't figure out how to set my own time signature.
