Dear Plugin Alliance Customers,
You’re receiving this email because you recently received an email from us requesting VAT payment for an order or orders you placed between April 3rd and May 11th 2017. This email has created some confusion as well as bad feelings from customer who feel that this was a result of our system error so they should not be responsible for payment.
We have decided that they are right and we were wrong so please ignore that initial email and you will not be receiving an invoice. Plugin Alliance will cover the VAT for all of these orders. Please accept our apologies for this situation and, as always, thank you for your continued support of Plugin Alliance.
- The Plugin Alliance Team.

This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Respect to them.
After the recent $50 voucher I would have paid that VAT

Fair play to them for admitting they got it wrong

I was actually thinking the 50 dollar voucher was a sweetener for the VAT debacle but happy to see it was them playing (even) nice(r)VariKusBrainZ wrote:Respect to them.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the many reasons why this company simply is so awesome, and one of the best in the field.Plugin Alliance wrote:Hi, this is Jeremy from Plugin Alliance. I just want to let everyone know that we have given a lot of thought to your objections, and we've decided that you're right. We will not invoice anyone for the missing VAT fees. The mistake was ours, and we'll have to eat the cost. Sorry about that!![]()
I also just wanted to be very clear that it was never our intention to revoke anyone's plugin licenses, regardless of compliance. When you buy plugins from us, we want you to feel confident that they are yours to keep. We sincerely hope that you'll stick with us through this little debacle, and we want you to know that we are listening to you and taking your concerns to heart.
Again, we sincerely apologize and promise to do better in the future!

Kudos for the balls to come into this conclusion, and to write a response like this, Jeremy and PA! I sincerely hope customers, old and new, will appreciate how you dealt with this unfortunate accident, and that a good amount of earned sales during Summer generate enough to cover for the VAT problem.
