Sonarworks does sine sweeps like everybody else, as far as I remember.

I don't think Munro scammed me, I Just said That from what I observed, it looks like the speakers have a problem in frequencies diffusion.

Face in front of speakers = "no" high frequencies
Ear in front of speaker (=head turned 90) = high frequencies very presents (sounds way more nicer).

Explaining simply This fact would help me a lot actually

That doesn't sound like a speaker issue, TBH. At least i wouldn't know how a speaker should produce something like that. Unless there's a lack of high frequencies in the first place.

Okay, never mind what you wrote before, then. I probably misunderstood you when you said they were trying to hide something. Or the title of this thread suggesting that their speakers were clearly no better than cheaper speakers...

If you want help solving the problems and actually start using your speakers, post the waterfal plot.

Maybe the high frequency drivers are not working. (figure that out for yourself)

Seriously? 'deliver' and 'working properly' are different things.

why don't you unscrew the bass driver and disconnect one of the cables running to it and see if the tweeter is making a noise?

If it is then the speaker is working. The x-over frequency is @ 3khz so you should hear it clearly

- Yes. If they do not make crackle/distortion sound.(auto-reset HF driver fuse)
- listening to mono song, each driver sounds as the other.
- with sub turned off, room will NOT make problem with high frequency, no matter what someone may say.

You feel there should be near equal sound with high frequencies between Rokit 6 G3 and Munro Egg100 monitors.
- No one here has heard both, who can compare.
- Why are you not able to decide for yourself if the Munro Egg100 monitors are at fault or your ears/brain are not yet 'acclimated' to reference monitor sound which is sold as 'professional' monitor sound.
- If someone is subjected to years of earbud listening, they will feel top of the line Genelec monitors have no high frequency.
- The Monro Egg 100s are considered a 'natural' sounding monitor, like what you would get with the Genelec. After much time with bright speaker listening, time is necessary to 'acclimate' to a natural sounding monitor. This monitor is a 'tool' not a home speaker for pleasure listening...although they can be when one becomes acclimated.

This review hears no high frequency flaws in the Egg 100. http://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/munro-sonic-egg-100

If they are NOT defective, it is your ears.

No crackle/distortion

But :
listening to mono song, each driver sounds as the other
: one speaker is more bassy while the other is more brighter.

You know what ? I am going to buy another pair of Egg100.

Next week I should get them.
I will find the answer. I will share to you of course.

To recap:

You buy a pair of "$2000" speakers 5 months ago to replace some cheap monitors. You get hold of some dodgy room measuring kit and now you've measured your room you've decided you don't like the little graph the computer plots on your screen. You make 4 threads regarding how shit you think these "$2000" speakers are and also attempt and sell them in the classifieds.
You now believe the speakers are faulty, but when you've contacted the manufacturer they informed you that they're going through liquidation and no longer in business, so instead of calling it a day and moving on to some other brand of loudspeakers you decide in your infinite wisdom to buy another pair of the same speakers you don't like, just incase!? - do I have this right?
