because of design and my lack of knowledge in android. You can play phone version on tablet too but navigation buttons would be smaller.

The windows version is great as you can use vst in it (IAP) and it's about the only Windows music program that seems designed to work well on a small tablet. The Android version isn't bad either but a bit more limited.

OK, you should be able to easily implement a "universal" app for all screen sizes (also the in-between "phablets"). Or are you using some kind of dev framework that makes designing the UI complex?
