Has any one noticed the Channel EQ lo-cut/hi-pass to the far left of the window change functionality recently?
I'm sure, when I previously enabled it and shifted it up the frequencies, there was no curve at the bottom of the cut, but since the previous release (not today's) it has changed behaviour.

even at 48dB/Oct there is a curve where previously I'm sure it would have been a simple cut.

Is it just me (and my eyes/ears) or has it changed behaviour? I don't _remember_ seeing it in the update list..

Turn off the analyzer and adjust the scale on the left. I think its curved because the scale can be adjusted from linear to logarithmic, and the cutoff curve warps to match the log scale.

In the linear scale, the curve is straight at the bottom. So, no change in response, but just a change in representation because of plotting to a different scale.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd not noticed it before, as I don't usually change the scale until after the analyzer is on.

I'm pretty sure it has been like that for a while. You have a shelving filter in that screen shot, not a high pass...

It's a high pass filter, not a low self.

Ah, yes, you got it! :)
Much appreciated..
I only really use the analyser for gauging where to knock the lo-end off, and yeah, somehow I changed the default somewhere, or it was introduced in one of the recent upgrades..
