The Acid Box is a Bass Line Synthesizer, a recreation of TB-303 with a new interface and some more features. Which makes it easier for you to create real-time sequences and tweak them in a live situation.

You can use it as a standalone application, or as a plugin, with VST host software.

4 control modes: host sync, internal sync, MIDI sync, Midi In.

Up to 32 patterns, you can also load patterns banks and trigger them in studio or live situations.

4 Distortion units with different grains.
1 Delay, with sync and ping pong mode.
1 Sequencer, with midi in keyboard input to ease your sequencing.

Various ways and options to export or import your sequences, patterns and banks in multiple formats.

For Windows, OSX and even Linux, not bad for €40

I'm just testing it. ATM, the only 303-like for Linux and i'm glad there is now one.
I don't like the distortion, Midi-Learn is missing and the GUI isnt really "modern"
Decent 303-sound and i like the sequencer. Very low CPU usage and runs with Waveform pretty smooth.
I think, im gonna buy it

This one sounds pretty good to me. Better than the FL Studio 303 imo.

On the site's About Us page it states: We create bugged plugins for bugged people!
That's not exactly the best software marketing line ever. Sounds as if the software is buggy or malware-y! Hopefully Audio Blast will change that.

See this is on offer with ASDR at the moment. Noting someone stated midi learn is missing is this still the case? TBH an acid box with midi tweaking is not really an acid box. May test it later. I like some of the sounds on the Gearslutz video but the lack of post and feedback leaves me wondering.
Guide wise tone comes to mind.

I just bought this plugin and it crashes in both OSX 10.9 and in high sierra for LOGIC PRO.

Stand alone works. Did anyone got this working? I have posted my system log to the developer. I hope i will hear back from them :-/

when i run 2 instances of acidbox and tweak the knob they always move together in the UI, very strange and shouldn't happen.

use it on linux with bitwig 2.3.5.
