Using big fish kontakt construction kits with existing midi tracks ? Tutorial on construction kits ?

Hi,

evrytime it is on sale I am looking for the big fish kontakt libs with their construction kits cause they have great sounds otherwise not available (southern rock for example) or only high priced.

But evrytime I try to understand how of even if this would work at all with my workflow of using already exsiting midi tracks I just fail, I just dont understand how that should work. Videos on bigfish dont help me, could not find any tutorial or anythin.

Can I just choose that construction kit and let for example my existing midi chords from a track ran into it and it will transpose the instruments of the kit (all are labelled with chords) to incoming midi chords or not ?

I dont like to construct my song entirely new with using their phrases by painting the corresponding midi key into a piano roll.

Evry hint really appreciated.
