Just trying out Realivox Blue

Problem - the midi keyboard graphic should appear at the bottom of the interface page, but it doesn't! Is there any guidance for this software please?

Some progress.

Now, I have the keyboard graphic but all I have for sound to go with it is the lowest notes on my midi keyboard, sounding through Kontakt Player / Realivox Blue: C,D,E,F - these synch with the software keyboard graphic okay. But I have no sounds playing above or below these notes.

There are 'load octaves' buttons on the Realivox Blue page, but when you press them you are navigated to the Realitone Data file, where all the choices are empty, there's nothing to load.

I'm stuck with these four notes

How do I unlock the full palette of sounds please?

In fact there are other notes which sound on that keyboard outlay, the majority are silent. I also get a 'content missing' pop up telling me that around 8 'CT' files are missing, could this explain the missing notes on the keyboard?

At the moment this software sucks, I can synthesize better human sounds myself, and with the full range of the midi keyboard.
