OK thanks. So hopefully if I reply first, no one will trash my songs. Anyway, I have a few others that are all OP-X Pro II (Dark Matter is one, except Sonic Projects' Stringer is on one track for that song) but I won't bother posting those.

If examining the OP about OP-X, if writing an academic paper, actual songs showcasing OP-X should be refered to as footnotes to back up the claim.

The research question/claim in this regard is that OP-X sounds better than most modern synths.

So if it is yours or Wagtunes song is hogwash in this regard, the thing to determine is if OP-X indeed sounds better than most modern synths.

I used to look forward to reading kvr posts but in recent years it's become a cesspool. The same usual suspects have to F up every fricken thread and jerk the wheel as the car goes off the cliff. I suppose management doesn't mind(more posts, more pages, more traffic, more money) but it gets tiring to the average person.

Conflict is inevitable but this reoccurring sh*t show isn't.

It goes without saying that the OP got incentives from Sonic Projects to post the thread in the first place:

Sonic Projects OP-X Pro II with a 10 year old synthesis engine still has better sounds than just about all the newer synths.

I didn't get any incentives for Vintage, Dark Matter, Stellar, Ascend, or The Legend. I just thought it was a great synth so I wrote songs along the way that just happened to use it.

Neither, I just bought OP-X Pro II a long time ago and still use it, that's all.
Of course, I am now learning to use Spire, but that's another story.
