It’s hard for me to reinstall my spotlight solo strings since my computer crashed and I had to start over. I was intending to re download the files from my account but it says that I don’t have any downloads. The reason for this is that when I try to load the instrument, Kontakt gives me an error of “spotlight solo strings could be loaded the file format is not supported or corrupt”. This is my favorite tool and I use it quite often. Can you help?

This is the Kirk Hunter one?
My downloads for this don't show up at his site either: instead, apparently, I've ordered two copies of another library. Last year, I thought I had lost the .nkr needed to run it on a new machine and emailed Kirk - providing proof of purchase and a request to have the downloads for Spotlight shown. All I got was a reply asking whether it had worked before. I found the .nkr in a different folder on my archive drive, heard nothing further from Kirk and the downloads for Spotlight still don't show up at his site.
I would email support at kirkhunterstudios.com, but I'm not hopeful of this being resolved.
