8 straight hours in front of my setup and I still can't get USAMO working........

EDIT: I switched on my setup this morning having changed absolutely nothing since last night and the test now shows all green. Bizarre!

I received my USAMO at 11am today and after sitting here for 8 hours without a break I still cannot get this thing working.

I'm running Studio One 3.5 using an RME FirefFace 400 with TotalMix and an amt8 for midi input but it would seem like there is absolutely no logic to the way this test is working on my setup.

I have the USAMO plugin on an instrument track with the audio being sent to its own direct out within TotalMix/FireFace which then goes straight into the USAMO audio input, the USAMO plugin fader in my DAW mixer is at 0db and my faders in TotalMix are at 0db and I'm getting a nice hot signal.

I've had quite a few green lines on some occasions but it seems to be really hit and miss where one moment I'll have a few green lines then I'll adjust something and everything goes red so I readjust back to PRECISELY where I was when I had some green lines but this time the test lines have either completely stopped or they just stay red.

I am utterly perplexed as it seems like I need to adjust so many different settings within my DAW and within RME TotalMix and it all seems to be so hit and miss. Sometimes the trim dial makes the test lines scroll and then the next second they remain completely still unless I turn the trim dial all the way to the left, then as soon as I turn it even a fraction to the right all of the test lies become stationery again.

It would appear that the USAMO plugin fader within my DAW mixer, my software playback and direct output faders within TotalMix, the Level dial within USAMO plugin AND the trim dial all have an effect on whether or not the test lines even scroll, never mind turn green.

I really would appreciate any help/advice as this thing is driving me nuts and I have literally spent a full day on it with no positive result.
