Have they put out manuals for any of the upgrades? I bought the Dubstation v2 but apart from the GUI, I'm not seeing any changes ... or am I missing something?

Quadromod is very tempting at only $10 to upgrade, dammit

Worth the $10 to me as I had sold Liquid years ago. It's nice to have an all in one package.

Just create a new account on the new site. Upgrades work as long as you have the old plugin installed.

That's what I did (Liquid and Fluid registered on old site) and it works fine

I had the same issue. Chris told me to make a new account. I just included my old serial numbers in the info' box during purchase.
