I've sent a couple emails to Kirk for help with my account and getting my Spotlight Solo Strings to work in Kontakt. Love the library till my computer burned out...No answer... Perhaps on vacation?

he's been pretty responsive in my experience (by email - he's pretty flaky on the whole forums thing), but last time i had contact with him was a couple of years ago, so i can't say if it's normal for him to reply quickly right now.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

He's done that with me as well. Having bought a few things from him, my impression is he is not really an "admin person", which is a shame if you're a one-man shop
